Plot

A chemistry teacher diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer starts producing and selling meth with a former student to secure his family’s future. Celebrates fan favorite show Breaking Bad by revisiting some of its most memorable scenes. During a writers’ strike, creator Vince Gilligan, impressed by Aaron Paul’s portrayal of Jesse, as well as anyone who simply likes Paul, decided to bring the character back and pass Jesse’s fate on to another character in the season one finale. .. In the opening credits, the letters of the cast and crew’s last names are highlighted in green to represent chemical element symbols. However, Michael Slovis’ “Ch” was underlined in several early episodes, even though Ch is not a chemical element symbol. In later episodes, only “C” (for Carbon) is highlighted.

Breaking Bad is one of the most popular shows on IMDb, one of those rare things where every season is either very well-received or almost universally well-received by critics, and all my friends have nothing but great things to say about it. There are few shows in recent memory that have gripped me so much from the beginning that I’ve watched the entire show by the end of the week, especially when with many shows currently airing, watching an episode through to the end can be an effort. Breaking Bad had that effect on me, and its reputation as one of the best, consistently brilliant, and most captivating shows in years (maybe ever) is more than deserved in my eyes. Its weakest season is probably its first season, which is understandable, because the first season of any show is when things are still getting going. Visually, Breaking Bad is one of those shows that is both stylish and beautiful, with cinematic photography and editing that puts many modern films to shame, which have a lot of visual beauty, but also some that look painfully amateurish.

The direction couldn’t have been better

The music always sets the mood, never too intrusive, never too muted. The writing for Breaking Bad is a good example for all shows of how to have style but also substance. The dialogue is thoughtful and tense, while also possessing a dark sense of humor and heartbreaking pathos. The stories are richly textured, intimate, tense, and layered, and the pacing is consistently thoughtful yet tense. There’s nothing bad to say about the acting.
